Sharon Avisar joined BPSD in 2024 as a Firm Coordinator/Account Manager to support Partners and CPAs.
Previously, Sharon worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in placing accounting candidates in public accounting and private industry with a focus in Real Estate, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Sharon’s vast accounting experience ranges from audit to tax in traditional CPA firms and in business management practices.
“I fell into accounting accidentally. I dropped pre-med on day one of University and my father suggested I take a business class. Econ 101 was full. Econ 102 was full. Econ 103 (Fundamentals of Accounting) was available… and that is how my accounting career was born.”
Outside the office, Sharon spends most of her time with her three children. Her hobbies include day trading, Zumba, cooking, diamond painting, reading and screenwriting.
